Wanted to take this time to wish all of you a very happy and safe New Years! I will write more when I get back home about my own year in review. I accomplished a few things this year that I never thought in a million years I could ever be capable of doing. This past year I really focused on making my physical body better, I think in 2013, I will focus on my spirit and mind. What are some of the things we are most proud of this year?
