My fabulous friend Kris inspired me to make a pumpkin smoothie this morning. It couldn’t be more perfect for a rainy chilly fall morning.
Ingredients (sorry I didn’t take a picture of them)
– 1 banana
– 1 scoop of whey vanilla protein
– 2 tablespoons of canned pumpkin or pumpkin pie mix (which makes it sweeter)
-1 tablespoon of greek yogurt
-1 teaspoon cinnamon and or nutmeg (up to you)
-6-10 ice cubes
– 1 tablespoon of chia seed (This is optional but, I like them on top after blending)
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy!
